In his position as managing director, Roelant de Waard assumes the responsibilities of chairman, Ford of Britain which were previously held by Roger Putnam.

Roelant de Waard has amassed valuable experience in a wide variety of roles within Ford. He has gained dealer and customer-facing experience as managing director of Ford Netherlands and held strategic roles in global marketing and product development in the US.

Living in Essex with his wife and three children, de Waard is a keen snowboarder and enthusiastic biker.
