Ford of Britain’s Board of Directors comprises three members. Roelant de Waard is the Chairman and Managing Director of Ford of Britain.

Roelant de Waard has been chairman and managing director of Ford of Britain since February 2006. Originally from the Netherlands, Roelant de Waard previously headed Ford of Europe's customer service division (FCSD) and has gained valuable experience in a wide variety of roles within Ford both in Europe and the US.

Bob Blenkinsop is the director of human resources for Ford Motor Company Limited. He began his career at Ford in 1990 and has over 16 years of experience in HR at Ford.

Cathy O'Callaghan is director of finance for Ford of Britain. She joined Ford in March 1990 as a graduate trainee in finance and worked in a variety of analyst roles in manufacturing, product development and sales and marketing.
