Q: Where can I get a Nectar card?
A: If you don’t already have a Nectar card you can register by going to nectar.com. Alternatively, you can pick up a registration pack with a Nectar card enclosed at Sainsbury's, participating BP service stations and, of course, at participating Ford dealerships.

Q: How do I know how many Nectar points I have collected?

A: Go to www.nectar.com and activate your account online to see how many points you have collected and how many you have exchanged for treats. Alternatively, we’ll send you regular updates throughout the year, if you’ve chosen to receive them. The updates show your account activity summary and important information about programme news and developments.

A: There are so many things that you can treat yourself to using your Nectar points. And the more points you've got, the bigger the treats that you can get. Visit the Nectar website at www.nectar.com to browse all the treats on offer

Q: How can I earn points with Ford?

A: You can collect two points per £1 when you pay for routine servicing, non-warranty repairs and MOTs on your Ford car at participating Ford dealers. In addition, you can collect two points per £1 spent in Rapid Fit and this can be on any make of car, not just Ford. Not only do you benefit from Ford trained technicians, you can collect points too!

Q: How long does it take for Nectar points collected at Ford to show on my Nectar statement?

A:Quote your Nectar card number and any relevant quote code upon payment and your Nectar points will be credited to your Nectar account within 28 days.

Q: Can I collect points on any warranty work?

A:Unfortunately not. Every Ford car comes with a three-year, 60,000-mile no-fee warranty to give you extra peace of mind for your motoring. In the unlikely event that you have a warranty claim, both the labour and parts costs associated with repair or replacement will be covered for the duration of your warranty.

A: Rapid Fit is a fast-fit service at your Ford dealer. Therefore, if you need new tyres, a new exhaust, or want to check your brakes, you can pop into a Rapid Fit without an appointment, where you will receive expert advice. For additional peace of mind, why not call in for a free visual health check? At participating Rapid Fits, you can collect Nectar points on work carried out, not just on Ford cars, but on other makes too!
