We’re so confident that you’ll be happy with the quality and condition of our Ford Direct cars, that we give you additional assurance of being able to exchange your car if you need to.

If you wish to change your Ford Direct vehicle for any reason, you may exchange it once within the first 30 days or 1,000 miles (whichever is the sooner) subject to a few sensible terms and conditions.

The vehicle must be:

• Returned to the selling dealer
  
• The same vehicle as sold (including tyres, options etc)
  
• In the same condition as sold
  
• Exchanged for another vehicle of a similar or higher price

Note: If you’ve bought the vehicle on finance, you’ll need to settle the balance with the finance company and sign a new finance agreement.
