Pension	You will be eligible to join a competitive pension arrangement
Holidays	Our holidays are generous, at least 26 days each year plus bank holidays to re-charge your batteries. In addition, you would also be entitled to an annual holiday bonus payment
Car Privilege Scheme	You can take advantage of the Privilege Car Scheme which means you and members of your family can purchase up to three cars at a discounted rate every nine months
Personal Development	Access to a wide range of education, personal development and health and fitness activities which include on-site gyms at most Ford locations
Employee Development and Assistance Programme (EDAP)	Initiative to broaden the development of Ford employees by funding approved non-job related training of up to £200 per year
