A straightforward process
Recruitment at Ford Motor Company is designed to be straightforward yet thorough, as well as personal.
Initial recruiting begins when you meet us online or in person, for example at recruitment fairs. You can see how we’re structured, find out about career programmes and vacancies, as well as who we are and what it’s like to work here.
After you’ve applied for a specific job, your application will be reviewed and assessed against our selection criteria.
The exact selection process will vary depending on the role. Generally speaking however, if we find your application meets our criteria, we will invite you for an interview, most likely by telephone, followed by an invitation to an assessment centre.
