If a vehicle becomes surplus to your requirements, Ford Business Partner will work with you to find the most appropriate solution. In line with industry standards, our charges will reflect the loss to Ford Business Partner – a standard charge of 50% of the remaining rentals.

If you’re running a fleet of 10 or more vehicles, you can opt for our pooled mileage facility, which further helps you control costs and simplify management.

Our policy requires that our vehicles be returned in a realistic condition relating to their age and mileage. FordBusiness Partner will only charge for damaged or missing items in excess of fair wear and tear and our policy is supported by the BVRLA-approved visual guide.
