It has come to our attention that various customers and individuals are receiving false competition winner emails from Ford Mobility. The email reads as follows:
Dear Winner: You are required to carefully study the attached document for claims information.
The Word document attached is labelled ‘Ford Prize Remittance Information’.
We are taking this matter extremely seriously, and we are currently working with the appropriate legal authorities to terminate this fraudulent scheme. By making you aware of this, we hope to avoid and ultimately stop victims falling for this scam.

- Respond to unsolicited competition winner emails from people with whom you are unfamiliar
- Disclose your personal or financial details to anyone you do not know
- Send any money. Ford Motor Company Limited does not ask for money transfers or payments from competition winners
- Engage in further communication if you believe the communications may be fraudulent
