• All new Ford passenger vehicles (excluding Motability Contract Hire) for a period of 12 months from the date of registration.
• All new Ford Commercial Vehicles (Transit, Transit Connect and Ranger) for a period of 12 months from date of registration (effective on registrations from 01/03/2010), except for vehicles sold under fleet contracts which specify a longer period of Ford Assistance. Vehicles registered before 01/03/2010 have 36 months from date of registration.

To make sure your vehicles spend the least amount of time off the road, Ford Assistance is provided by the UK’s largest roadside assistance provider, the AA.
