Our Commercial Vehicle Specialist services
We have two levels of Commercial Vehicle Specialist Dealers – Transit Specialist Dealers and our premium Dealers, TSD Backbone of Britain.
 
Transit Specialist Dealers offer all the following services:
  • Courtesy vehicles. If your repair cannot be completed within the time specified, your Transit Specialist Dealer can, in many cases, provide a replacement vehicle to keep you on the road
  • Ford original parts when you need them. Our Transit Specialist Dealers hold a comprehensive stock of genuine Ford parts, with same day delivery within the network or overnight express delivery direct from Ford if required
  • Ford-trained technicians who know your Ford inside out. All staff are specially trained by Ford to meet rigorous technical, quality and customer service standards
  • A convenient service. A technician will inspect your vehicle while you’re present and agree all work in advance with you. They operate a collection and delivery service.
Additional TSD Backbone of Britain services
  • Extended opening hours to accommodate your needs. Our TSD Backbone of Britain Dealers open a minimum of 60 hours per week
  • Priority on-the-spot inspection in emergencies
  • Prompt service booking
  • Full range of Transit, Transit Connect and other Ford Commercial Vehicle tyres held in stock.
