Car terms and conditions
Ford Business Partner Contract Hire is available to Business Users only subject to status. Indemnities may be required. Examples exclude VAT, are based on 36 month non-maintained agreements and include metallic paint. All payment examples excluding Mondeo require payment in advance of 3 monthly rentals + VAT, followed by 35 monthly rentals + VAT, with a mileage of 10,000 miles per annum. All Mondeo examples require payment in advance of 6 monthly rentals + VAT, followed by 35 monthly rentals + VAT with a mileage of 10,000 miles per annum. Vehicle returned must be in good condition and within agreed mileage, otherwise further charges will be incurred. Fiesta examples based on vehicles gate released on or after August 30, 2010, Focus examples based on vehicles gate released on or after August 9, 2010 and Kuga examples based on vehicles gate released on or after August 2, 2010. Prices correct at the time of going to print and are subject to change without notice. Subject to availability at participating dealers for vehicles registered between August 2 and September 30, 2010 or while stocks last. Not available with other promotions.

Commercial Vehicle terms and conditions
Payments must be made monthly. Ford Business Partner Contract Hire is available to Business Users only subject to status. Indemnities may be required. Examples exclude VAT, are based on 48 month non-maintained agreements. Rentals exclude metallic paint unless a standard option. Payment in advance of 3 monthly rentals + VAT, followed by 47 monthly rentals + VAT, with a mileage of 10,000 miles per annum. Vehicle returned must be in good condition and within agreed mileage, otherwise further charges will be incurred. Price for Fiesta Van relates to pre-2011MY.
