The lighting technology in the Transit Minibus has been designed to make night-time driving easier, safer and more comfortable. We have designed the headlights with a large lens to help make driving easier when visibility is reduced. Also the auto-headlights turn on when the sensors detect a reduction in daylight, which means you won’t need to turn them on when you are going through a tunnel.

 

Auto-headlights are available as an option on the Transit Minibus and standard on Transit Trend. Fog lights are also fitted as standard with the Premium Visibility Pack for Transit Minibus Trend, and an option on the Transit Minibus.

To make light work of cleaning the windscreen, we’ve added a step in the bumper. These bumpers have also been designed in three pieces so they are easier and more cost-effective to replace – should they ever get knocked.

The glazed rear doors with twin wash/wipe help create a lighter cabin for passengers. The rear windows are equipped with auto rear wipers that work when reverse gear is selected, to help you back into tricky corners.
