If you need a bespoke conversion for your Ford Transit Chassis Cab look no further than Ford Transit One-Stop. We’re a dedicated service offering five types of bodied chassis cabs:
One-Stop 1-way Tipper
Strong, rugged and versatile, the Ford Transit Tipper is trusted by a wide range of industries where safety and productivity are key. Independently certified by the TÜV for both production and safety conformity, the Ford Transit Tipper’s dual rear wheel, rear-wheel drive configuration gives excellent traction and loading capability on and off site.
The double cab model has a triple crew seat and glazed rear doors as standard. An alternative 'utility cab' option can be specified, deleting the rear crew seat and replacing the glazed rear crew door with windowless doors.

One-Stop 3-way Tipper
Engineered to the same high standards as the 1-way Tipper, this latest model tips to both sides of the vehicle, as well as to the rear. Useful on sites with restricted access, the 3-way Tipper is not only extremely versatile, but also robust and durable. Items are specially designed to be easily maintained and replaced, to help reduce your downtime and maintenance costs.
 
In addition to the standard dual mode top and bottom hinged tailboard, the dual mode sideboards can be retained by chains to drop off the load away from the vehicle. Or it can be dropped fully for easy material loading and off loading.

One-Stop Dropside
One-Stop Dropside
A stylish, easy-to-drive vehicle, the Ford Transit One-Stop Dropside cost-effectively projects a professional image for your business. There’s a model to suit most operating needs, with payloads ranging between 1 and 1.5 tonnes and body lengths from 2.85 metres to 4.05 metres.
 
We’ve provided a generous number of lashing points for load security, while a pair of stirrup steps and twin grab handles allow you easy access to the load area.
 
The Ford Transit One-Stop Dropside is also extremely flexible, with removable side and tailboards, and removable rear corner pillars for carrying awkward loads. We’ve also specially designed components to withstand heavy wear and tear, so that they can be easily repaired or replaced.

One-Stop Curtainslider
One-Stop CurtainSlider
Giving superb load access, the new Ford Transit CurtainSlider is the latest in bodywork design. It is available in 3.6 m and 4.0 m internal body lengths, with a host of innovative and practical features are available as standard for everyday operating tasks.
 
We’ve provided sliding, semi-rigid curtains – ideal for pallet loads used in the Distribution and Just-in-Time industries, where productivity and load turn-around are critical. The CurtainSlider gives you maximum flexibility in loading and unloading from three sides of the load area, whether it’s fast access from the sides using fork trucks, or load bay access using the rear doors.
 
The sliding design of the curtains pleat efficiently when opened, giving you maximum access width to the load area. Once unloaded, any remaining load can be reached by pulling the curtain to the other end of the body.
 
Other useful features include the standard aero-pack for reducing drag, improving journey times, fuel economy and reducing driver fatigue.
 
You can also tailor the One-Stop CurtainSlider with a range of optional equipment, such as a bespoke curtain colourway and screen printing service.

One-Stop Box Van
One-Stop Box Van
Robust enough to cope with the knocks encountered in multi-drop distribution, the ply/grp panelled Box Van easily carries a competitive payload. It comes with a choice of 115 PS or 140 PS Duratorq TDCi diesel engines, a comfortable cab, as well as a host of convenient standard and optional equipment for the flexibility you need.
 
The steel rear door frame allows for tail-lift installation at the time of build, or as a retro-fit at a later date. Meanwhile, a flat load floor with a generous rear aperture ensures you can use the loadspace to the maximum.
 
You’ll also find that the little details are important, too. To help restrain the load, an innovative load restraint system uses telescopic load poles you can place anywhere along the van’s body length at four heights. In addition to the ratchet straps, your load is safely and flexibly restrained.
 
We also have a range of optional bodywork that you can specify to your exact needs. A GRP Luton head takes full advantage of the area above the cab, while a cargo net effectively restrains items within the Luton. For maximum access to heavier loads, a lightweight pillar tail-lift is available.
