See how far our electric vehicles can go
Ford's first ever passenger car with zero CO2 emissions is coming to Europe. The all new Focus Electric is designed to deliver 100% fuel-free motoring, without compromising the car’s dynamic driving experience. Its suite of smart driver information will transform the way drivers think about energy usage.
Take a look at the map above to see just how far it can go on one charge. Charging times start from 3 - 4 hours and the Focus Electric will deliver responsive and smooth acceleration up to a top speed of 136 kph (84 mph). It also offers the same range of connectivity, driving technology and safety features seen in the latest versions of the new Focus.
Another exciting debut is the introduction of a development version of our zero-emission Transit Connect Electric. The Transit Connect Electric Van is a pure electric-powered version of the award-winning Transit Connect. With 28kWh of power to call upon, the van will have a top speed of 75mph (120km/h) and a range of up to 130km/80 miles.
Two hybrid electric vehicles are also making their European debut, with the C-MAX Energi plug-in hybrid EV and the C-MAX Hybrid EV. Combining engine and battery power helps achieve new levels of fuel economy and an impressive range of more than 800 km (500 miles).
