Employee Resource Groups
Within this framework, employees have been empowered to develop a wide range of resource groups, each with an executive sponsor on the board. With the support of these groups, Ford enjoys a major presence at annual diversity events such as Mela and Pride and provides support to national campaigns including football's anti-racism campaign "Kick It Out".

High profile commitment to diversity and employee engagement at all levels of the company has led to Ford being extensively recognised by respected benchmarking organisations such as Business in the Community, Race for Opportunity, Opportunity Now, Employers’ Forum on Disability, Stonewall, Employers’ Forum on Age and Working Families.
