Your skills will be put to use in all kinds of ways. One day you could find yourself maintaining and repairing production machinery while, another day, you could be manufacturing tools and dies or even testing prototype vehicles and engines.
Apprenticeship Programmes Across UK
The Ford Advanced Apprenticeship is a nationally recognised programme that combines practical and academic learning.
We run Advanced Apprenticeship programmes in Manufacturing Engineering in most of our major UK locations, including:
- Bridgend, South Wales
- Dagenham and Dunton, Essex
- Southampton, Hampshire
To qualify for an apprenticeship you’ll need to have at least 3 GCSEs including Maths, Grade B or above, English Language Grade C or above, and a science (double award or physics single award), Grade C or above. We’ll also consider equivalent qualifications if you have them.
